Health check for Alarm System
Very friendly but professional firm that knew exactly how to help with our alarm. Thorough health check of our system was undertaken quickly and with no disruption to us. Quietly completed the work and was very quick to resolve the issue. No hard sell for a newer system - amazing & genuine!

Excellent Company
We were impressed when they first installed our alarm four years ago. Friendly, efficient service, clear explanations, no attempt to sell what we didn't need or want. Recent experience of alarm going off repeatedly in the hot weather was dealt with quickly via instructions over the phone on how to stop the problem, followed up by a service and replacement battery at reasonable cost (all costs explained ahead of service in an informative email). All staff we've interacted with have been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this company very highly.

CCTV INSTALLATION.
Highly recommend Miller's alarms, had cctv installed in July and was very impressed with their professionalism, from the initial first contact, return calls, and of course the actual installation. Special thanks to Issac the engineer who did a great job.

Great people to work with everything from contact to completion was first class. The engineer Issac was really good ,explained everything he was doing to me nothing was to much trouble and he was a great young man.

New Home Alarm and CCTV Installation
I had a new house alarm and CCTV system fitted by Millers Alarms. From the initial contact right through to the installation and aftercare I cannot recommend this company enough. The service was first class, the communication was always great and the professionalism of the fitters also brilliant. In addition, the prices quoted for the work were reasonable relative to exactly the same equipment elsewhere. The installation was clean, tidy and thought out in terms of least disruption. Top class service.

Really good business
I really liked the service from this company - from the initial phone call I was immediately filled with belief that they knew what they were talking about and would not let me down - through to the actual visit from the engineer. Fast, effective, and we had a lovely chat and a bit of a laugh along the way. Absolutely no hesitation in giving them top marks.

Professional, efficient and courteous service - highly recommended.
Professional service right from the initial phone call to the completion of the work done. Kate in the office went out her way to ensure we had a service engineer visit before we went on holiday. The engineer, Matthew is very experienced and ensured all was working well and explained in detail what he did and why.

Thorough & polite

Thanks for being so efficient.
Great customer service throughout, though there was no response to my initial phone call (answer message). Once we had initiated contact all went very well. I liked that there was no hard sell - they say what the basic package is and allow you to add anything you additionally want/need. I seem to have some teething problems with the app, which occasionally refuses to work for me, but that may also be lack of practice. I will note that the app is not essential to using the alarm.
Would definitely recommend this company.

A satisfied customer
Millers Alarms were recommended to us and Matt visited our home to survey for a quote. He is obviously knowledgeable and experienced in his field and provided good advice and was never pushy. His quote arrived promptly and was competitively priced so we decided to proceed. Matt arrived at the time he said he would and completed the installation efficiently and tidied up as he went along. Once installed, he demonstrated the alarm system effectively and assisted with downloading the app onto my mobile. Matt was polite and friendly during all contacts with us and was friendly and jovial when completing the installation. We would have no hesitation in recommending Millers Alarms to friends and family.

Impressive Service from a Top Team.
Absolutely fantastic service. Responded to an emergency call out within 2 hours to silence an alarm that kept going off in the middle of the night. You hear of silly call out fees but not from Millers Alarms. Kate was very sympathetic to the problem and arranged for the engineer to call when someone got home. He carried out all that was needed to remedy the problem and explained fully the different longer term solutions. I cannot recommend Millers Alarms highly enough.

I needed my alarm serviced and the company that installed does not exist anymore. I chose Miller Alarms from my Google search and from my first phone call with Kate and the visit from Isaac the engineer it all went very smooth. Brilliant Company
Fantastic service right from the enquiry through to installation. After my initial conversation with Matt regarding an alarm and cctv system, I knew I had found the right company to secure my house. Kate was great in keeping me updated and getting a date booked in "which wasn't a long wait".
Day of installation, the guys arrived on time, ran through everything with me and made sure I was happy before they cracked on. They hoovered up and made sure everything was clean and tidy as they went along. Workmanship is top class, couldn't even tell there were any cables at all. Very professional and friendly which is what you like to see. After everything was complete, I was given a demonstration on how the system works, not too much brain overload. Nice and simple and as you want it.
If you're looking for a professional customer focused company, then the team at Millers is who you want. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Fast, professional, affordable
I needed servicing and testing on a fire alarm system at a newly refurbished property in Nottingham. Got the site visit booked in a few days, they came ready with the signage and materials required and got the certificates the next working day. Would highly recommend.

Great company with perfect service
After finding Millers Alarms via Yell.com, we asked for a quote for a service and bell box replacement.
From start to finish, they were professional and timely. Even when Matt came across an issue with one of our units,
he ensured it was fixed, thoroughly tested and working before leaving.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Millers to others and will pencil them in for our yearly service from now on.

Fixed, Secure and Relieved
Miller Alarms was recommended to me by a friend who said they were professional, reliable and reasonable. There were no promises that my alarm could be fixed as fitted by another Company years ago. It's over 14 years old. Lively Matt sent texts and a quote for a full service of my alarm system and mains battery which needed replacing. He turned up today, on time during my allocated slot, gave the alarm a full service, fitted a new mains battery etc., and my alarm is now working again.
I am a happy relieved customer who now feels secure and would recommend Miller Alarms to anyone.

Recent service and job completion
I needed my alarm serviced and a new front door alarmed. The service was well planned and helpful in responding just when I needed it. The job was not as easy as was expected but completed really well. Communication with engineer was excellent give restrictions and I would have no hesitation in recommending the company. The price was also very reasonable!!

Excellent security service
I received a clear and concise summary of the system design proposal and how it would work in my home. In these Covid times this was carried out on the telephone in discussion with Matthew. There was a degree of flexibility to enable the system to be tweeked when the engineer was fitting it.
We waited a few weeks for the fitting date and the engineer arrived promptly and with me most of the day. He hit a snag with my WiFi signal but this was resolved via a second visit to fit an amplifier. I am very pleased with the system. It's simple to operate and gives us piece of mind whilst at home or away.
No wires, no mess, no issues. Thank you.

Great and honest service
Matt recently repaired an older alarm system that had been condemned by another alarm specialist. After an initial call to discuss, the options were shared (best and worst case scenarios) and Matt visited to take a look. He was honest in his assessment and was able to down the route of repairing the system at a quarter of the cost of the replacement option. Genuine customer service and quality service. So much so, he is now supplying another system in our new home. Definitely recommend Millers Alarms!

I employed Millers Alarms to install my intruder alarm several years ago, and recently used them to upgrade my key pad and carry out a service of the alarm. The company was very professional and communicated effectively throughout the process. The people at Millers Alarms are all very friendly and my work was carried out within the timetable I was given. My home was left clean and tidy on completion of the work. The cost of the work was very competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Replaced 30 year old alarm box and modernised.
I have had a very good experience with this company. My alarm packed up during the pandemic lock down and Matt advised me how to de activate it on the phone and then when work started again he visited and replaced and modernised for me.

Excellent service from start to finish
I called Millers Alarms as my alarm kept going off every hour due to a faulty battery. They came out within a few hours and fixed the problem promptly. They later found and emailed me an instruction manual for the alarm system to allow me to change the code, as we still had the code from the previous owners of our house. The whole service from start to finish was excellent.

Very efficient service, I emailed them late one night as my alarm had a fault and Matt came out the next day and did a temporary repair.
The faulty part was replaced the following week and the invoices sent the next day.

After a very positive experience using Millers for house alarm install a couple of years ago we then asked them to quote and install a security CCTV system. Outstanding Company with extensive knowledge.
Following my first contact I was promised a visit within 48 hours and sure enough the engineer turned on the day and at the time they quoted me. The engineer found the fault within ten minutes of starting the test, a spare part was fitted then a full test of the system was done at a reasonable price. I will use this company again and would happily recommend Millers Alarms to my friends.

Matt took less than four hours to install the wireless alarm system. The equipment was all installed neatly and unobtrusively - the beauty of a wireless system. Matt guided me through the use of the remote control and phone app, which were very straight forward. I feel much safer now when I go to bed or leave the house. Matt is both knowledgeable and friendly - a pleasure to do business with.
